Altered Eclectics June SunBox

It is June already and time for a new challenge over at Altered Eclectics!! For my first DT project as a member I have chosen to alter a cigar box. I used a mix of clay sculptures, recycled jewelry, texture pastes, stains, and embossing powders to create tis one of a kind piece! I love how it turned out and I hope you get some inspiration from it!

Rhedds June

It's June already!! Time for another challenge over at Rhedd's Creative Spirit!

I chose a small wall hanging to inspire everyone this month, I used a recycled piece of cardboard, paper scraps, TH Distress stains, Hero Arts stamps, a recycled vintage blue rhinestone necklace, a stick, gesso

SOo from just a blank piece of cut cardboard here is what I got!!

I used texture paste through stencils as well as embossing folders on some scraps to create the Eiffel. I used a variety of watercolors on the butterflies which were stamped on tan paper in white ink then watercolored and fussy cut to adhere to project.
